Part seven · Week two

Unhook

  1. 8

    Day 8 — Unsent letter

Write the unsent letter from Chapter 9 to the person, not the loss. If the wound is romantic, this is them. Full honesty. It will never be sent.

  2. 9

    Day 9 — Reframing scripts

Write three scripts from Chapter 9, one each for regret, shame, and grief, in your own words. If this is heartbreak, use the Chapter 13 versions as a starting point.

  3. 10

    Day 10 — Closure ritual

Do the closure ritual from Chapter 9. Burn it, tear it, bury it, delete it while saying it out loud. Make it physical.

  4. 11

    Day 11 — REACH

Work through the first three REACH steps from Chapter 10 toward whoever you wrote to on Day 8: recall, empathize, offer.

  5. 12

    Day 12 — Self-forgiveness, and fusion

Practice self-forgiveness from Chapter 10. Name specifically what you did or failed to do, hold the guilt without the shame. Then run the Chapter 14 inventory: where did you fuse, and where are you still actually open?

  6. 13

Day 13 — One spoken boundary

Set one real boundary out loud, with one specific person, using a short, non-negotiated sentence from Chapter 15. If the wound is romantic, this may be the ex, a mutual friend, or a relative who keeps bringing them up.

  7. 14

    Day 14 — Digital audit

Run the digital audit from Chapter 16. Mute, archive, or hide the specific triggers, including last-seen, albums, and the accounts you still "just check." Week two review in your tracker.
