Part seven · Week one

Name it

  1. 1

Day 1 — Fuel, and the love question

Write your Chapter 18 fuel statement: the wound, what it taught you, the specific goal it's fueling. One paragraph. Add one honest line: is a romantic wound in the mix, even if it isn't the loudest one?

  2. 2

    Day 2 — Four-day write, day one

Begin the writing exercise from Chapter 7. Pick one specific wound. If the romantic one is loudest, pick that. Write, unfiltered, 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. 3

Day 3 — Same wound, day two

Continue the writing exercise. Do not switch wounds to stay comfortable.

  4. 4

Day 4 — Same wound, day three

Continue. Name which animal is running: regret, shame, or grief.

  5. 5

Day 5 — Finish the write

Day four of the exercise. Set up your small-wins tracker from Chapter 19 and log today's entry.

  6. 6

Day 6 — The funeral nobody gave you

Run the private grief ritual from Chapter 8 for one specific loss. If this is a relationship, write to the future you lost, not only to the person. Close it deliberately.

  7. 7

Day 7 — Week one review

Reread what you wrote this week. Log the tracker. No new writing today: just notice what's already different. Name, in one sentence, whether you have been in the orbit or in the armor.
